An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Services Officer to join our team.
The selected candidate will:
- Assist clients with the incorporation and administration of companies;
- Support and liaison with an international client portfolio;
- Provide client support and act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and banks; and
- Supervise policies and procedures to promote compliance with statutory requirements.
Knowledge, skills and experience
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills;
- be highly meticulous and organised;
- Be proficient with MS Office; and
- Have experience in a similar role.
