Nexia BT announces another course titled: Transferring Family Businesses – tax considerations and 2017 updates. A 2.5 hour CPE accredited course delivered by Nexia BT’s Tax department.
This seminar aims to focus on the income tax and stamp duty considerations upon the transfer of family businesses being in a transfer of shares and property transfers both to family members and to third parties.

Antoinette is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated in Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta in 2007. She holds a Diploma in Taxation and a Diploma in VAT compliance and is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and of the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.

Graduated in accountancy with honours in 2011, Stephanie is currently a supervisor within the tax department. Joining Nexia BT after finishing her studies, she is now involved in the preparation and reviews of tax computations as well as assisting in various compliance and restructuring issues.
