All our staff receive regular in-house training to cater for the development needs of all members of staff, and we also invest in our staff attending external training courses. We equally ensure that professional staff's CPE requirements are monitored and attended to. We pride ourselves on a high staff loyalty, thanks to an excellent working environment. The firm's policies towards career development involve various team building activities, aimed at strengthening the personal ties between all members of staff, thus making us more than colleagues; we are a family. We therefore have a team that regularly organises social and sport events, which facilitate interactions amongst the employees of our firm and create opportunities for colleagues to meet outside the office and unwind altogether.

The firm's social conscience is reflected in its ‘Caring Values’ project. Besides team building activities, the firm's staff is periodically directly involved in social activities aimed at helping others. These activities span from cleaning and painting care homes, performing sports activities for fundraising events, and environmental clean-ups, as well as special lunches in order to raise funds for local charity associations.

In 2012, the partners and staff members of the firm have set up a Solidarity Fund, with the aim of assisting other staff members in need, by voluntarily contributing from their own salaries.
