In view of the gaming industry’s interdependency on B2B providers, the MGA has published this policy to establish a clear framework as to what services and functions may be outsourced, and the criteria and standards therefor. The Policy additionally introduces the requirement that authorised persons assign an employee to overlook the outsourced services relationship. Persons applying for a licence on or after 1 August 2018 shall be required to comply with this policy. All other authorised persons shall be subject to a transitory period ending 31st December 2018.
